Rosemarie Sisco

After attending Northern Illinois University for two years, I moved to Champaign to be with my parents. I started working at the University of Illinois and finished my education at Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Psychology.

In May of 2002 I was in a major automobile accident in which I was involved in a head on collision with a Semi Fuel Tanker at 60 MPH. I shattered and broke every bone from my waist down including my pelvis and was in the hospital and rehab for six months. To this day I am still undergoing surgeries.

I am still employed at the University of Illinois and am engaged to be married.

I do not have many fond memories of High School, but I do remember the Office Education Association and Mrs. Reckling. I was deeply involved in OEA and was local and regional treasurer. However, when I ran for State Treasurer I lost by two votes...wonder if it was because of my motto "Your Money Is Safe with the Sisco Kid" first and only time I have been on a horse.
